  Each subdirectory contains a group of transfers for a particular 
  data model using the Topological Vector Profile (TVP):

    dlg3 - USGS digital line graph 3 (DLG-3) transfers
    dlge - USGS digital line graph enhanced (DLG-E) transfers
    grass - transfers created with the GRASS GIS
    tiger - Bureau of the Census TIGER/SDTS transfers

  All transfers of SDTS data should be done in image mode (use the 
  "type image" command.)
